Rebounding (bouncing on a trampoline) offers many remarkable benefits. The most interesting to me has to be its incredible effect on our lymphatic system which is responsible for carrying nutrients to cells and taking waste (toxins) away from them. Our lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump and is totally dependent on physical exercise to move. Therefore, without movement; our cells are left in their own waste products and starving for nutrients!! The main lymph vessels run up the legs, arms and torso hence the reason the up and down motion of rebounding is so effective in pumping the lymph.
