High Lunge Yoga Pose!!!

December 8th, 2011

There are many physical, mental and spiritual benefits in practicing yoga. The high lunge (pictured here) is great for opening the hips and groin, stretching the thighs and hamstring, strengthening the knees, ankles and core, increasing stamina and also stimulating the organs of the abdomen (wonderful for a healthy digestive system).

Many people think they need to go to a yoga class in order to enjoy its benefits but the truth is that don’t need to go anywhere to begin enjoying the incredible benefits and it can start off as simple as one pose a day. You can build on the individual poses as you become more fluid and comfortable with the movement…

Try this one today!!!
